The product doesn't work at all.
The installation started poorly as the supplied wall plugs kept poking through the wall. I pulled the cord, put the item on the wall at the end, the item moved a little to the middle, put another item, the same one in the middle, put a small item in the middle and everything collapsed with the slack in a line of 15 inches. A product has no value unless you dry paper on it, any weight, and it becomes useless. BEWARE of this product.
