Yes, the top mount is different, but it makes sense and it works. Watch videos for the correct torque specifications. Even if you don't do car maintenance, you can do it, save a lot of money and leave your old car on the road. If you have access to an elevator, you're spot on. I didn't do that, so I jacked up the rear and removed the rear wheels. Watch the video, plan all the necessary tools, take your time and everything will be fine.
