Almost sent back due to the depth and my misjudgment of how deep I would need to work, but then I looked at my layout and realized I had accounted for it, only 1U lower - lol. Fastening upwards, including screws, washers and cage nuts. Seems to be more durable than my rack rails. Nothing "heavy" about it, just non-rackable Ubiquiti items; 3p router, 8p POE switch, 1st gen cloud dongle, but it's strong enough, I could probably put 50lbs on it and it wouldn't blink. However, my splints would probably warp a bit.
