I really like how easy it is to use! It helps me keep track of all my leads in one place so that they are easier for our team members who work with them daily/weekly (me).
The lead scorecard can be overwhelming sometimes because there's alot going at once but overall i've found this tool very helpful thus far! There have been times where we would forget an email address or something along those lines which has made communication difficult between us internally as well externally - though not much more than just having reminders set through their platform solves these issues most often without any problems from either party :) We're using CS throughout several departments within NPS including account management-lead scoring etc., customer success managers-, demand generation reps-.
