This is a great set for a beginner cook or a single person.

Pots are too small for a family of 4 or more people. We have a gas range and the pots and pans don't feel very balanced and don't want to sit on the grill grates. The handles appear to be heavier than the utensils, causing them to tip a bit until you put something in the pot to hold it. We used it once and gave it to our daughter who just moved in on her own.
