Decent quality materials. Unfortunately, one of the three screw holes in the vertical support was crooked, preventing me from attaching it to the base. I got no further than the meeting. My new TV was delivered the next day. I called support and was asked to send a photo of the problem (attached image), which I did. I was told the engineers would need to look at it before a replacement could be shipped and it could be 10 days before I get it. I have requested a refund/replacement from Revain. I will receive it in three days. And this is after Memorial Day weekend!
