Mine is not suitable for vacuum cleaning and floor care

I received four packs of these filters for my BDH2000PL (PVF110 replacement filter) and was unable to fit them. When they are placed in the vacuum cleaner and reassembled, a loud click will be heard as the vacuum cleaner rotates. As I keep turning the vacuum cleaner, the perforated plastic housing (the housing that these filters go in) gradually loosens and breaks off inside the vacuum cleaner. I've tried all four with the same result.
