Insufficient End Mill Life
We thought we should try these on alloy steel with a hardness of HRc 28-32. Replaced the jerray with the same speeds and feeds as the YG-1 brand and the jerray only made one piece before it became dull. YG-1 we averaged 22 parts per end mill. Wouldn't recommend it.
