Great device for people with Alzheimer's!
Bought for a relative with Alzheimer's disease. Her spouse is a caregiver and has had problems with clogged toilets due to overuse of toilet paper. This allows him to adjust the roll tension. I don't know how long it will last as the metal adjustment tabs seem flimsy, but for the purpose it certainly fits!
