White plastic caps!
Well the screws are good, they appear to be stainless steel as advertised and they worked on the machine I needed them on. However, the caps are not made of stainless steel, but made of colored plastic. I can't imagine why anyone would need this for their license plates, I expected them to be painted plastic metal at the very least. And I didn't see the other piece of plastic, but I didn't need it. Looking closely at the description, I see that the caps are listed as white plastic. The image does not represent the product well.
