In general it's an incredible tool if you can get past some basic limitations that are there due in part because they're so new -- but with good communication/hand-holding (I was one who had significant support needs) I would not hesitate for this product! The fact we were able pull together multiple departments from various parts or house at no charge through their generous offering made them top pick here among all other options considered...the "cost", even though small compared many products out now has been pretty huge given what others seem willing / unable too deliver as easily without large budgets - especially ones like ours where each project needed lots'o help pulling off successfully.
