Technical support is good

You can get information about the charger from others, but I thought I'd weigh how it works if your charger stopped working. My charger came with the wrong adapter. They sent what I needed for free and I gave them back what I had. The man who took my call was very knowledgeable. I think he said he's a co-founder of the company. So I already felt good when I connected my Nissan Leaf for the first time. It worked. It charged in my RV charger about twice as fast as the charger that came with the car. The cord was very long, longer than I needed, so I left it rolled up on the street. After charging the car for a few months I don't know what happened but the car made a funny beep when I plugged it in. I took the cable to a Nissan dealer, they tried it on other cars and confirmed it was broken. I suggested to the Primecom tech who I think I spoke to about the adapter that they do a little troubleshooting so we don't have to spend money on shipping. We tried a few things, bending the latch, checking the car charger timer, checking the contacts, etc. and then I broke the hook with pliers. Oops. So he sent a new cable with a box to return another one. Now I have a new working cable. I can't complain about any of it. I could probably complain that nothing in the world should break after you buy it, but that's not an easy task. I am satisfied with their customer service. I am satisfied with your charging cable.
