I bought this light to provide IR illumination for my Amcrest 4MP indoor camera which I place to shoot outside my home. The wifi signal outside the house was terrible but worked fine inside. So I took the indoor camera model and used it for night lighting. As an added bonus, I have a ring doorbell that emits great light, better than the doorbell's IR lights. It's like a light on the porch. I didn't give it five stars because I don't think it lives up to the advertised width and spacing. The info says it reaches 100 feet. From the house to the street 35-40 meters. it clearly does not reach 100 feet in the photo. It is possible that the leaves on the tree are light and this can affect the sensor. I do not know. It also doesn't have a 90-degree beam. More like point light. But it works great for my situation. I also have a second one on the back that provides extra light for my Amcrest 3MP outdoor camera.
