The one I received is similar to the listing but with a swivel ball mount which is much better (sold by Taunton Security). Usually you have to fiddle with 2-3 screws to find the perfect position, but with this design it's very easy to install it in the right place. Unfortunately in my situation there are a lot of trees that reflect the camera brightly and overexpose it, but it's better than what I had before and I can see more detail at night than before. I would buy this again. Will be updated

I bought these to extend the range of the night security cameras (Reolink RLC-410-5MP). The camera itself allows me to detect faces up to about 35 feet away in the dark. With both the camera's IR light and the additional light of the LONNKY LED IR illuminator on, the ability to detect faces in the dark is still only about 35-40 feet. The LONNKY LED IR Illuminator may have increased the camera's visibility by 4 or 5 feet at night, but it definitely doesn't illuminate properly up to 100 feet away

I bought two of these. Revain sent me two different models of the same lamp. I believe one of these was last year's model and did NOT look like the one pictured. Just bought a second one. I really like these IR emitters. They are well built and a lot better looking than the usual big square IR emitters. They solve my main problem with our security camera with built in IR lights: the IR light next to the lens attracts a lot of bugs and really illuminates them. I have a Wyze camera in my backyard and it has built in IR that isn't really designed to illuminate something like this and it was totally inadequate. I picked a few of these to turn off the IR lights on my IP cameras to keep spiders and bugs away. I just installed it a few days ago. Based on the reviews I read about this light I was expecting the light to be dimmer than the recessed light but it is much brighter. I use mid-range Hikvision cameras, so they're definitely bright compared to the average IP camera light. In some orientations it holds the light well, but in other orientations it's not possible to tighten the compression ring tight

4 of these installed in 3 different locations, 2 in 1st location (north side yard) at 20 and 40 feet and one in each location 2 and 3. I had to install 2 in Location 1 (North Side Courtyard) because one was not enough to illuminate the area near my back gate. I ran 110 outlets in the attic at each location to power each light fixture. I'm really impressed with the build quality and price of these lamps.
