Squeaker doesn't work

So far my dog enjoys chewing on it but the squeaker doesn't work and it feels like he can't understand why. His favorite thing to do with a toy is make it squeak then rip the squeaker out! Since it doesn't make a noise, this toy will probably later a lot longer. I still wish it squeaked.
