When it makes contact the charging light only flashes blue which means the charger seems to know the phone is there and BUT it's not charging OR the light is green which means the phone is charging properly, soon it will become solid blue, which means charging is complete. Thought it might be a phone case but no change - this thing just does what the IT pro wants it to do and is therefore unreliable and frustrating to use which is the reason for the low rating.
