I've tried several times to separate the paper backing from the backing. Every time I started peeling the glue off. Finally, I grabbed the backing paper with tweezers and held the glue with my thumb, which isn't the best way to keep the glue tacky. I installed it and it seems to get stuck on the start button. The time will show. It looks good but expensive for what you get.
