The ability to store all our case information in one place made it easy for us as we were able to move cases from old system into this new software with no problems at all! I would like more integration options between other systems such as Excel or Word so you can easily copy/paste data across but they have said there are plans to expand these features soon. It's great having everything together in one spot which has helped my team immensely when searching through files or using reports etc. We're saving time by not needing paper copies anymore because now we only need 1 electronic version instead of many different ones (which was very hard before). Also being able to search within documents without opening them up each page individually saves loads of time too.
