Perfect skillet for cooking 2 eggs or vegetables for 1 person
I love this little skillet! I had my first one for years before finally replacing it. As with all non-stick cookware, the enamel will begin to wear off with prolonged use, but this pan sees almost daily use and lasted many years before I became unhappy with the cooktop. The perfect size for easily boiling 2 eggs (this is the most common chore in our household), but it is also suitable for frying vegetables for 1, roasting nuts or cooking other small portions. Excellent non-stick coating and great size for your collection.
