The product arrived as described. Both the packaging and the floss are of good quality and contain no plastic. The silk floss thread is relatively thicker and rougher than regular plastic floss and took me a few days to get used to as I have narrow teeth. I'm a little confused about the thickness of the thread. The rest of the thread works very well. At first I was hesitant to switch to eco-friendly yarns like silk or bamboo. But after a month of use I am very happy with the result. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a plastic-free alternative to everyday life.
