If you are happy with your natural blonde hair color and want to keep the color, this shampoo is probably not for you. However, if you like almost silver hair, this product is great. My hair turns VERY golden and red so when I lighten my hair it turns almost strawberry colored. This shampoo was recommended to me by my stylist and I really liked it. I apply it to my hair 2-3 times a week in the shower for about 5 minutes and it keeps my hair almost silvery. Be careful, if you leave your hair too long it will turn purple (it will go away in a day or two). I haven't found a shampoo that tones my hair as well as this one for the price. This is probably the only shampoo I will ever use!
