Most speedball inks work well on fabric. BUT NOT OPAQUE WHITE

I'm new to the printing game. Having said that, I can say that Speedball BLACK is just great on fabric. It stays even after washing. I CAN'T SAY MATT WHITE. THIS WILL NOT STAY ON COTTON WEAVING, COTTON KNITWEAR, POLY/COTTON WEAVING. NO LUCK. The opaque white has just washed off the fabric. What didn't wash off came loose and rolled off so badly I had to get a lint roller and wipe away the residue. Yes, I followed the instructions. Yes, I'm warming up. Yes, I looked on YouTube to see what I'm doing wrong. Nobody spoke of opaque white. I ended up using regular white acrylic paint for my project. It's not perfect after washing, but at least it stays on the fabric. So finally I have a tube of Opaque White that I will be happy to give to Speedball for a full refund. As I said above, black is fine. . But stay away from opaque white. As I said above, black is fine. . But stay away from opaque white. As I said above, black is fine. . Pros
  • NO HEAT CURING REQUIRED โ€“ This ink does not require heat curing for permanent results! Just let the ink dry overnight and it will feel dry in the morning. Wait at least a week before washing
Cons
  • No Instructions
