I'm addicted to adult coloring books. I have found that there is a bit of zen at the tip of the pen when coloring. I've always believed that not all coloring books are created equal. Double-sided pages are not suitable as the ink will be discarded. Thin pages are not suitable as they do not accept ink properly. It is best to use a spiral binding as it makes it easier to organize the book. I also found that the variety of items added to the happy experience. This book gives you a little bit of everything. Maybe to help a newbie find their favorite topic. This book has several pages with a very thick black border. I've never seen this before. It will be interesting to see how it colors. I also suggest looking online for ways to color in these books and the various pens, pencils, markers etc available and how to use them. I had no idea what the white pencil meant for the project. Also look for crafts with pre-made coloring pages for adults. I've found some great ideas on what to do with pre-made pages.
