Review on 🔧 Enhance Precision with Werkzeug Centering Woodworking Adjustable Replacement by Michael Gutierrez

I ordered the following item from Revain on June 6th, 2019 and received it on June 8th. Tool Articulated Self-Centering Woodworking Bits, Adjustable Window & Door Bits with 1 Hex Key and 8 Replacement Bits (5/64" - 1/4"), 16pcs. They appear to be well made and of good quality. It's something I don't use every day, but when I need to place a hole correctly I use this. After two days it was time to try them out. When I removed the 5/64" bit, the drill bit fell out. I put it back in, took the supplied hex wrench and tightened the set screw. The set screw wouldn't budge and was actually twisting the hex wrench. I emailed to tool customer service whose address was on the thank you card that came with the product.I was just describing my problem and hoping for a reply.When I opened my email the next morning I was waiting for a reply.Here is what I got...
