Review on Shallow Cupcake Silicone Cornbread Cheesecake by Amber Perez

Molds are shipped stacked and will require pulling apart to separate. I was afraid they would break, but the silicone is flexible and strong and they separate well. I got perfectly round sugar cookies, cheese waffles and crackers. (For the last two, fill the cavities about halfway and tuck the dough together before baking.) The diameter listed in the Product Description section is slightly different; the larger diameter shown in the diagram below the first photo is the correct one. Each cavity is about 2 inches in diameter, a good cookie size is larger than an Oreo and about the size of a Ritz cracker. The depth (about 3/8 inch) is good for thick, soft sugar cookies. Fill halfway for thinner and crispier cookies.
