The photos match the item I received. They must have been updated after reading the negative reviews. This tool worked great for deleting threads in my project. It's a good weight and appears to be made of quality metal. Much better than the stamps in my cheap Chinese port set. I bang the ends of the stainless steel threaded rod on the power tilt and trim tab on my 1978 Chrysler outboard with a large hammer. I flattened the end of the rod. She erased that matrix straight away. One side of the rod was worse than the other. On the worst side, I beveled the end with my dremel to start the stamp. I used Tap Magic cutting oil, worked great, now I can put my project back together!
