Review on 🥊 Ringside Double End Bag for Boxing Training - Sizes: 5", 7" and 9" by Viswanath Lopez

I love this double ended bag from Ringside! Bought to secure in the garage with an eyebolt in the ceiling and a weighted ground anchor bag. I've been using this bag daily for several months and the camera is still completely intact and hasn't deflated or cracked since. I generally prefer not to keep the bag fully deflated so it looks more like a teardrop shape and also doesn't "bounce" it too much when it hits it. The outer material also holds up very well! The skin does not tear and does not fade, the seams are not torn. The model I have is made in Pakistan. The quality of this bag is excellent. The included bungee cords are fine, but I would suggest using a thin rope or other type of bungee that attaches to a swivel at each end to allow the bag to rotate freely as you move. Overall, this is a great reversible bag from a reputable boxing gear company. This is by far my favorite boxing tool for working on punching rhythm, fluency and hand-eye coordination.
