I wish I had contacted the manufacturer but I received the product back in October and didn't have a chance to try it until the end of November and the beginning of December. Apparently contact should be made within the allotted time as I can't find a way to contact the seller on Revain. The thermometer appears to be well made, but the two times I've used it, the temperature reading doesn't stop fluctuating when inserted. Products. Temperature numbers grow and diverge, and the readings never fit into one number. There is obviously a problem with this thermometer, but again I have no way of contacting the manufacturer. A bit disappointed as it has the makings of a great thermometer but I have a lemon.
