I've never written a review before but these broken skates and the seller's refusal to compensate me inspired me to pre-purchase to warn . I roller skate once a month with my kids and after renting and trying these out I couldn't figure out why the wheels seemed to get stuck and they just weren't moving very fast. I'm not a fast skater, but they were ridiculously slow. The skate staff tried to help me by loosening the bolts on the wheels, but nothing changed even when I loosened them enough that the wheels fell off while skating. After trying a few times to see if I could get it to work I gave up because having sticky skates just wasn't fun and the skate told me the plates were cheap and couldn't be repaired . I spent more money and bought better skates and now it's fun again. After repeated emails, requests and photos to the company, if I emailed them they said they would review their usage and decide if they needed a refund. But the shipping cost was $35 and they didn't pay postage so it didn't make sense. I'm disappointed that a company doesn't acknowledge that their product stinks and take care to fix it.
