I didn't have high hopes for this brush. It doesn't look very nice and I figured since the price is decent I'd at least give it a try. I have 3B type hair with some 3C sections. After sleeping on it all night, I spritzed some water on my dry hair. It is very tangled and the curls stick together. I brushed them piece by piece and it was the quickest and most painless brush I have ever used. The hair loss was also minimal. I tried it on my daughter who has 2C/3A curls. She never lets me comb her hair, but she did it with this brush. I highly recommend them.
