Review on TopOPPS by Jeremy Jackz

I like how easy it was for me as an employee or manager (in my case) in Salesforce with no coding experience at all! It does not require any technical knowledge which makes this application very accessible especially when you are new into your job/position without much training about what exactly needs to be done from scratch - just start using topOOPS right away!! Some functions could have been improved such us :- 1.- A better user interface design; 2.-- More features available ; 3-- Better overall performance / speed since i can't use more than one instance while working under heavy traffic conditions during peak hours etc.; 4--- Support by team members who work remotely through slack would always encourage anyone looking forward towards solving their problems via video chat rather then emailing them back & forth!
