I ordered this on Friday and received it on Sunday! I've used it once and it seems as advertised. The product is solid at room temperature, scrape a small amount into the palm of your hand with your finger, it melts quickly. My pup was a bit nervous that I was bothering her paws. First, I gently wiped her paws. Then she slid her paw over my palm where the balm had melted. Didn't bother, didn't lick. Paws are soft and smooth. It has a slight coconut odor, no foreign chemical odor. We have a solid wood floor, it hasn't slipped or shifted on the floor after treatment. I used sparingly. I will update after using it for a week.
