Just disgusting. They got into what appeared to be a space sack, from which they hoovered all the air out of the house. Okay, maybe to save shipping space. We open the packaging and hope they puff up after the air has rushed in. Oh the smell. Mold! And half of them were yellow, and they all glued together. Never fluffed up - but didn't care if they did - the mildew smell was so bad we threw them outside and wrapped them back up to return them. Too bad it passed every quality check. Do yourself a favor and turn them down.
- Storage method: the sponge will yellow slightly when exposed to light and air, but will not affect the use. You can pack it in sealed paint bags to extend its lifespan. After opening the vacuum pack, the product regains its shape after a while
