****Update: The company saw my comments and contacted me. I received a partial refund and an apology. That's excellent customer service. They have acknowledged the issues I mentioned and I am very impressed with them. I would definitely buy from this company again. **** Good quality cage except for the tray. The tray is very flimsy and cheap, and if you pull it out even halfway, it will fall out of the guide. I expect it to snap early, thin and brittle as it is. I work in wildlife rehab and bought this cage for my squirrels. Another thing I don't like that might not bother others is that there are only two doors. They open sideways. I have to be careful that the little ones don't run out of the cage when I open the door to put their bowls in.
