Great customer service
First I received two identical filters. Francis @ispring fixed the problem immediately and sent a replacement filter without even having to send back an additional sediment filter. He was a pleasure to work with and made the process painless. I order them ahead of time to have on hand in case I need to change the filter sooner (I have a new well so there is a lot of sediment). I love the whole dual filter system and these guys are amazing.
