Holy smokers, I have researched many products and after trying 2 others we decided to invest more and chose the Dogtra 1900S. Also known as the good boy's collar as we call it. We have a German Shepherd who is almost 1 1/2 years old. Ruger loves to hunt and chase the neighbor's cats and deer in the field behind our house. In front of this collar, Ruger only came when Ruger wanted to, he barked at everything that passed. and if you weren't a woman, he wouldn't like you. So we were in the last phase and didn't know what to do. Like others in these collar reviews, they don't lie when your dog becomes a completely different animal. After putting the collar on for 5 minutes after he barked or didn't come when we called him we just pressed the vibrate button above the LCD screen and he came up immediately. (The vibrate button just emits a vibration, like your phone is set to vibrate and it's buzzing in your pocket) The 2 buttons on the side are shock options, but since Ruger started wearing a collar we've never had to use anything else vibration button. Too bad we didn't find it sooner. But look at the product!
