Excellent grip in hard concrete. I installed eight 3/4" anchors to attach 2 parking poles to the concrete driveway. I drilled holes and installed a post that was driven into an anchor and tightened to 110 foot-pounds. Then I poured a concrete slab over it for security and to protect against theft. to help secure these posts in place. Drill a suitable size hole, blow/vacuum the dust, install the anchor, tighten. All work went great. I've also used them to install a floor car lift with no problems.
