I have to explain the reason for the overall rating of 4. I received an Elicto and this machine didn't work, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't turn on, didn't burn, nothing happened, and I only had 1 set of pads instead of 2. Elicto customer service, Sam Kang, was very helpful, recognized quickly that a replacement was needed and I received a tracking number for a replacement within hours. The new device just arrived and included a UPS return label for the previous device. It's everything I hoped for, this device is lightweight and easy to use. The instructions could have been better, the cable could have been longer, but overall I'm very happy with how it works. I have several types of hard floors, today I laid tiles, went much faster, my back doesn't hurt when I drag a bucket/squeeze a mop, and the floors dry very quickly, like you. Don't put so much water to clean it.
