The material is durable. The purple hue is beautiful. The reflective threads are surprisingly more visible in the dark in bright light than most collars with reflective threads. A quick-release fastener is practical and indispensable in many dog daycare centers. My girl is a puller sometimes and loses all control when triggering a prey hunt at the sight or smell of a skunk or squirrel. This collar makes pulling less comfortable and almost impossible to slip over your head. It stretches like a choke chain, but has a larger surface area than a chain, so it's not as stiff. I wouldn't use it for a permanently very strong puller for fear of damaging the trachea, but it works great for my purpose. These photos are not the best as my friend traveled a lot to wrestle her brother but hopefully you can catch a glimpse of the beauty of this collar. Great price can't beat the quality level.
