shell out and get a better skateboard
the wheels are very hard, making it difficult to move or pick up speed. The board is not strong at all. I didn't realize how much shit it was until my friend and I swapped boards. She swam easily and couldn't even stay on mine (that). I think it served its purpose as I just wanted to see if I would enjoy skateboarding, but I could see that it discouraged beginners because it's a lot harder than it should be.
