Good product for RV parts and accessories
This is a durable construction product made from a very hard material such as Bakelite. It looks like it will last a long time. The connector's metal parts are solid pieces of metal, unlike others I've examined that are bent over thin metal. It's not waterproof. There are no seals to prevent moisture or liquid from entering. The only way to make this plug waterproof is to add silicone, which I did. Now I have a really good waterproof fork. The one I replaced was the consistency of rubber, hardened and cracked. I'm comfortable with what won't happen with this fork.
