I bought this camera despite bad reviews. I guess I should have seen it myself. Everyone has a different opinion, right? Well they were right. The camera itself has nice features (touchscreen, the ability to write and add captions) but doesn't justify the quality of the images and printouts. The LCD is very grainy, often with snow, no matter what settings I've used. I had to constantly adjust the settings with every shot. Who wants to stop every time to make sure they have the right attitude. So it's not just aim and shoot. I have a high end Canon Rebel XT EOS camera and just wanted a small digital camera in my handbag. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the quality of my high-end DSLR. I thought Nikon had been around long enough to make great products. I was so disappointed that I boxed it up and sent it back two days later. I chose the Canon Powershot SD780 IS instead and I love it!
