It can help organize your files in one place without having to worry about losing papers or misplacing important documents; it's also great for creating backups! I dislike how cumbersome redbeam has become over time - with so many employees needing access there are always issues between permissions when someone adds something new / edits information but doesn't have write permission etc.. We've moved all our project plans into rbate including drawing changes made by different team members (over 500 images). I like how easy it was to use once we got used to its interface. It's not as intuitive as other applications out there but if you have someone who knows what they're doing then it shouldn't be too difficult for them to figure things out. There are some areas where there could potentially be more features included (i.e., creating custom fields). We were able to track all of our assets throughout the warehouse with ease.
