When assembling, remove the rollers and leave the bottom nut on the floor under the bolted part to screw down after the wall bracket is fitted. I know it's confusing but there are no instructions. Take your time and play around with it before installing it. :-) It would be nice if the big rollers were rubber or felt on the side of the door because they scratch the paint on the front of my door. This would be a nice design improvement.
