Comes with a detachable TPMS sensor. Of the four, I had two falls in the tire after assembly. Once inside the hoop, they quickly collapse. The latter, when shaken, made sounds like a maraca. I gave up and bought a piece of OEM TPMS sensors. This is expensive and time consuming when the tire has to be removed from the wheel to access the sensor. I cannot recommend these.
