The glass of the first one we bought a few months ago broke when it tipped over on our counter. The rub was great and I loved using it. So we ordered another one. It just didn't sharpen at all. The sharpening mechanism regulator was broken so we sent it back thinking it was just a defect. I have ordered another one. The same thing. So we ditched that coffee grinder and bought another one that works great. The seller emailed after ordering the grinder to thank us and offered to answer any questions quickly if we emailed. We did this but never received a reply. Bad customer service.
