Review on Pirelli Ice Zero 195/60 R15 88T winter by Micha Kamierczak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

Vehicle: Toyota Ipsum ACM21. 215/65/16. I did not expect such an excellent model from this brand! After a long search (reviews and tests), the choice fell on 3 finalists: Pirelli Ice Zero, michelin x-ice north, Nokia Hakka 8. The latter was too expensive, + there is experience in owning Hakka 5 - the spikes flew out during the season, and some reviews this is also confirmed for Hakka 8. The bears are with friends and relatives, they are satisfied, and I wanted to buy them in principle, but I came across tests Driving, Autoreview, where, according to the final assessment, Pirelli is slightly better - they underestimated the noise in terms of noise. They make noise. But the main thing for me is to brake clearly. On the highway 140-160 holds the road. I did not notice a tendency to skidding and did not provoke it. There was a case: after changing shoes for the summer in early May, snow fell, the city stood up (Hong Kong). It was urgent to go to the airport, the tickets were bought. Somehow I got to the garage, only the front changed shoes, and 30 km lane like a tank. They helped me out a lot. I recommend.

Pros
  • -Excellent braking, directional stability, flew ~ 10-15 spikes from the front wheels per season, and 5 pieces from the rear (FF). On a snow-covered climb, quite steep, I completely stopped, then started moving, no problems)
Cons
  • -Noise. But this is not critical, especially if there is some kind of noise in the car.
