BENEFITS -- Comfort: So I was hoping I could avoid bumping a beginner cyclist's butt on my new NordicTrack Violating the S22i Studio Cycle. While I still had to adjust and stiffen my butt, this seat is definitely more comfortable than the seat that came with the bike. Appearance: The seat looks like it was made for a bike. I was concerned about the way it was presented that it wouldn't look sporty enough, but it actually fits quite well and is invisible to the aftermarket. Size: The size is perfect! I am a woman whose pant size is between 12 and 14 and this fit is the perfect width. I've found that I avoid most discomfort by adjusting my seat back and forth while driving and by pushing harder. I expect to have no more bruises after another week of riding with this seat. CONS The only downside was the setup on my exercise bike. Installation was so frustrating that my son actually stopped and I had to completely disassemble the seat to install it. That being said, I don't know how much it had to do with seat design and bike design. The instructions on my new bike didn't clearly state that the saddle had to be moved all the way forward to access the knob to tighten the seat clamp. This seat FITS the S22i, I just had to undo the screws from the bottom of the seat to properly seat the bars in the clamp and then find the dial on the bike to clamp it fully. Newbie to install it, this seat was worth it and I am happy with the purchase. ***One star was deducted because the width of the seat rails made it difficult to adjust and my bum continued to bruise after 2 weeks. use.
