Great seat. Worth a look.

Works great and looks solid. It's not the same as sitting on a pillow, it's a little firmer. But I was previously using a stock aero seat and the next day after a long workout I was in a lot of pain in the saddle. This chair saved me from that pain. I expect it to soften up a bit as I use and work with it, but it still works great. If you're looking for something that looks like a pillow, this isn't it. But this seat has great support, great build quality, great company behind it and it has…

Doesn't matter! on Cycling

I read on a blog on the internet that this seat is much better than the original seat on the Shwinn 170 upright bike. The blogger tried several brands and decided this was the best. For me, my sit bones were killing me with the original Shwinn 170 seat and after only 2.5 miles I had to stop. Now I can walk 10 miles before my butt hurts. Let's be honest. Bike seats are always going to be a bit uncomfortable, but this seat made a huge difference, at least for me. This special seat fits the Shwinn

If you are slightly heavier, this seat may not be for you.

I found riding in this seat made thigh discomfort worse as the gel pad on the back was quite stiff. This surprised me as I have used a similar Serfas seat on a stationary bike for several decades. I bought a gel seat cover from Derriair (SKU BSTR-11-110) which was able to cover the Serfas seat and gave me a much more comfortable ride. It really depends on how you feel the seat, but the Serfas seat as is didn't have enough gel for me and the gel was too hard for my comfort. However, I weigh…

Great saddle, lousy description.

This exercise bike saddle is incredibly comfortable, especially if your bike comes with an old saddle. The description does not contain any useful information for decision-making. Here are the sizing details for those interested in the saddle. Seat width 12 inches, length 13 1/2 inches. It comes with a 7/8" (22mm) bar clamp. The saddle has common mounting rails that attach to the saddle and a post clamp that attaches to the rails. No adapters are required to fit this saddle to be mounted to a…

The dented bottom is still there, but a lot less than the other seat.

BENEFITS -- Comfort: So I was hoping I could avoid bumping a beginner cyclist's butt on my new NordicTrack Violating the S22i Studio Cycle. While I still had to adjust and stiffen my butt, this seat is definitely more comfortable than the seat that came with the bike. Appearance: The seat looks like it was made for a bike. I was concerned about the way it was presented that it wouldn't look sporty enough, but it actually fits quite well and is invisible to the aftermarket. Size: The size is…

Better than the seat that came with the Airdyne AD6

This is the only seat I have tried so I have no real reason to say it is the most comfortable seat on the market. Is it more comfortable than the seat that comes with the Schwinn Airdyne AD6? The cactus is more comfortable than the seat that came with the AD6. What was Schwinn thinking? All I can tell you is that Schwinn's seat made me feel like I was sitting on napkin and concrete. Also, I slipped (forward) a lot at the standard angle (straight). When I tilted it back to compensate, it arched…

This saddle is your dream cruiser saddle: 12" wide, thick padding, quality from top to bottom. It has no springs or elastomeric suspension. It has a flexible base that flexes rigidly with the movement of the pelvis as you pedal. By the way, the filling is of medium hardness. The saddle is designed for indoor training. It can only be used on a standard bike if you use the included seatpost clamp to mount a 7/8" seatpost. This will not work with a built-in seat post because the seatstays are…
