Review on ๐Ÿšด Serfas RX Exerciser Bike Seat by William Anacker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fantastic quality saddle but for exercise bikes. Will fit your bike when you replace the seatpost

This saddle is your dream cruiser saddle: 12" wide, thick padding, quality from top to bottom. It has no springs or elastomeric suspension. It has a flexible base that flexes rigidly with the movement of the pelvis as you pedal. By the way, the filling is of medium hardness. The saddle is designed for indoor training. It can only be used on a standard bike if you use the included seatpost clamp to mount a 7/8" seatpost. This will not work with a built-in seat post because the seatstays are thicker than regular seatstays and the rails are spread wider making it impossible to fit a built-in seat post. I don't know how to rate this saddle as I had to return it: it's a fantastic saddle that I've never tried before. , and Schwinn No-Nose Comfort, I re-ordered this saddle and adjusted the seat post on my bike to fit the saddle. I'm so glad I did. The build quality is top notch and after three test rides of up to 10 miles I come back without the slightest complaint. The bottom of the saddle is a soft, thick sheet of plastic that is designed to flex as the sit bone moves while pedaling, and the saddle has two halves (sides), with each half flexing independently of the other. Giving back flexibility isn't that much, but it makes a big difference in the world; Your sit bones aren't pressing against a hard, unforgiving foundation. Search YT for "Serfas ICS Masterโ€ and you will see what I am talking about. After two years of trying over a dozen different saddles including Brooks leathers and many more, this saddle is a keeper and I am very happy with it.
